By registering for classes, camps, or tournaments with The Chess Warriors, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration & Payments

Cancellations & Refunds

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • checkmarkMaintain a positive and sportsmanlike attitude

Tournament Participation

  • checkmarkRated tournaments follow official USCF rules
  • checkmarkPairings, results, and decisions by tournament directors are final
  • checkmarkPlayers must adhere to event-specific guidelines

Media & Photos

By participating in our programs or events:

  • checkmarkThese may be used for website, social media, and promotional purposes
